Pffft, what a run...
Ok this blog hasn't been updated for a really long time... Anyways, I just came back from a running competition in the Jakarta International School (JIS)... Ok honestly, I think the students there are freakin snobbish and it was as if they had no parents to teach them right from wrong!! Ok, I'm not saying all of them because some of them are cool and friendly people... Moving along...
Today something remarkable happened... I was in the 2nd heat for my 100 meters event and I totally got owned by only 1 guy!! Ok, the thing is, my 100 meters is by far my best event and I came in second... Heh, but I was like "Holy Mother of Shit!!" when I found out that the guy I lost to had only 5 fingers... He's really a nice guy and I wish I had gotten his name. He was super humble about his performance and trust me, at the speed he runs, he should have been celebrating like Usain Bolt!! He really is a remarkable athlete beacause not only did he excel in the 100 meters event, he also got a GOLD medal for javelin!! I was like, damn this guy is awesome!! I mean, to have a disadvantage like that and to actually own Dave is really amazing... Cool dude, freakin cool dude...
Heh, well Caroline/Angela if you're reading this then hi!! :D And if Michah, you're reading this then... Sorry I haven't emailed you the song yet. I really can't find the time to record it >.< ANyways, promise me you'll do well for your EOYs ok?? :)
Though it was sad I didn't win anything, I still got to meet nice people and got to know more about my teammates :) I really feel that what had happened today has taught me a lot and to Mizan, Dave and that other guy in the 4x100 meters event I'm super duper sorry for getting us disqualified... Hey, look at the bright side... At least I didn't get us banned from the competition for beating up the asshole who pushed me :D
